Terms and conditions

 Eliza Williams spa and our providers reserve the right to postpone or cancel an appointment based on evaluation of a client's contraindications or conditions that would make services unsafe for either party. 

Any party booking an appointment at Eliza Williams is required to store a credit card on file to hold the appointment. 

Same day appointments are binding

Any late cancellations or  no call/no show are subject to  appointment will be subject to full service fees 

Any cancellation within 24 hours of an online booked appointment without expressed consent from Everyday Wellness management are subject to 50% of service fees 

Refunds requests must be submitted in email to elizawilliamsdayspa@gmail.com and are approved at the discretion of Everyday Wellness @ Eliza Williams

Promotional offers through Reach/Octopi do expire as listed on promotional specific marketing material and cannot be combined with any other promotions, coupons promotional gift cards. By using the service today you agree to communication via email and phone. With the ability to unsubscribe from our newsletter but not from appointment communications.
